Support business users by managing queries and maintaining reporting infrastructure in a pharmaceutical environment. You'll monitor and troubleshoot Power BI dashboards and Power Automate workflows, handle account-related requests, and escalate issues appropriately. The role requires prior business or operations support experience and foundational knowledge of Power BI and Power Automate. Based in Cork on a hybrid arrangement.
