You'll provide technical support for Ubuntu Desktop and Server products to enterprise customers across the APAC region. The role is fully remote, based in Singapore, and requires expertise with Linux systems and related technologies including Kubernetes, OpenStack, Ceph, Juju, MaaS, and QEMU/KVM. This is a permanent, full-time position at mid-level requiring English proficiency.
