This role involves overseeing business needs analysis, product roadmap governance, and coordination of business analysts within a complex energy-focused IT system environment. You'll interface between technical teams (partly nearshore in Tunisia), business stakeholders, and development, handling backlog prioritization, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and production issue management.
