This role manages a cross-functional engineering team building consumer-facing experiences on Affirm's mobile and web platforms. You'll own technical strategy, system reliability, and team development while collaborating with product, design, and other engineering domains on large-scale redesigns and platform improvements. Requires 7+ years of software engineering with 3+ years of management experience, strong full-stack knowledge (React/React Native and backend systems), and the ability to drive alignment across multiple teams.
