You'll support a dedicated adoption team at a large utility company, helping departments and projects leverage Copilot and M365 tools effectively. The role combines training delivery, community building, and change management—running workshops, facilitating peer networks, and translating platform capabilities into practical workflows. You need strong communication skills, business process understanding, and hands-on experience with M365 tools and training delivery; some exposure to agile methodologies is preferred. Work involves 24–40 hours per week split between two office locations (Zwolle and Arnhem) on a roughly alternating weekly schedule.
