You will manage Workday configuration for absence management, time tracking, and benefits administration across US and international operations. This role requires hands-on expertise in designing eligibility rules, accrual policies, open enrollment processes, and integrations with payroll and external benefits vendors. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex HR policies into system designs, troubleshoot production issues, and identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven improvements.
