This role focuses on orchestrating the integration of acquired companies, coordinating cross-functional teams across people, finance, IT, and operations to align processes and culture. You'll manage the entire integration lifecycle from planning through stabilization, develop governance frameworks and playbooks for future acquisitions, and work closely with senior leadership across multiple geographies. The position suits experienced program managers or organizational change leaders with M&A background who can operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments while building repeatable integration methodologies.
