You'll oversee complex, distributed delivery initiatives spanning multiple teams and workstreams, managing governance, stakeholder communication, and risk across migration engagements. The role requires deep program orchestration experience, fluency in Scrum and Kanban, and proven ability to work with senior stakeholders across time zones. Travel to client sites in the LATAM region is expected periodically.
