Senior QA automation engineer to build and optimize test automation frameworks.
Drive test automation initiatives within a banking delivery team, designing and implementing automated test cases for front-end and back-end systems using Java and modern testing tools. You'll reduce manual testing overhead, conduct performance testing with JMeter, and mentor QA activities across the organization. Requires 7+ years of hands-on automation experience, strong Java coding skills, and familiarity with Selenium, Playwright, and CI/CD workflows. This is a hybrid contract role (3 days weekly on-site in Warsaw/Gdańsk/Gdynia) with flexible arrangements.
