Senior Data Analyst to design and own analytics for business decision-making.
You'll partner with business stakeholders to translate requests into durable analytics solutions, building data models in dbt and BigQuery while developing dashboards in Looker and Power BI. The role requires advanced SQL, semantic layer expertise, and comfort with ambiguity—pushing back when necessary and explaining complex findings to non-technical executives. You'll support platform modernization, automate reporting workflows, and maintain governance standards across a growing analytics stack. This is a hybrid position (3 days onsite in Austin or Dallas) requiring 5+ years of cloud analytics experience and proven depth in dbt, LookML, and modern BI tools.
