Build and deploy models, rules, and decision systems to detect and mitigate online abuse and policy violations at scale. You'll work across the enforcement lifecycle—from problem framing and feature engineering through model development, threshold tuning, production rollout, and monitoring. Strong statistical and ML expertise required, with hands-on ownership of adversarial domains and close collaboration with product, engineering, policy, and safety operations teams.
