Lead multiple engineering squads and managers across web, backend, and mobile platforms.
You'll manage several full-stack teams and Engineering Managers, balancing technical strategy with commercial objectives in a growth-focused business area. The role involves coaching leaders, overseeing cross-team delivery, and working with Product, Design, and Commercial partners to align engineering with customer needs. This requires someone comfortable with complexity, capable of building high-performing cultures, and skilled at influencing across technical and non-technical stakeholders. Three office days per week in London are required.
