Design and train a shared customer encoder from transactional and behavioral history, handling the full pipeline from objective definition through production deployment. This is a hands-on senior role requiring deep expertise in representation learning, self-supervised pretraining, and temporal modeling of sparse event data. You'll own evaluation rigor, validate downstream impact, and present findings to leadership. The position is based in the Bay Area with mandatory office attendance 3 days per week.
