Lead enterprise data warehouse migrations to Databricks across EMEA region.
You'll serve as the senior technical authority for large-scale data warehouse modernization projects, working with executive stakeholders and internal teams to design migration strategies and build scalable processes. This role combines hands-on architecture expertise in legacy systems (Teradata, Netezza, Snowflake, etc.) with mentorship of regional teams and thought leadership through publications. Based in Milan, you'll act as the escalation point for complex migrations while continuously refining tooling and methodologies with product and field teams.
