This individual-contributor role owns category strategy, manages a complex portfolio of services engagements, and drives end-to-end sourcing operations across consulting, advisory, managed services, and human data capabilities. You will negotiate major commercial agreements, build scalable intake and governance mechanisms, and partner with senior leadership to balance cost, speed, risk, and value. The position requires 8+ years of progressive sourcing experience with demonstrated depth in professional services contracting and supplier ecosystem management.
